Recommend it for groups looking for a chill stay
The place is a gem with owners, they offered us great tips on where to go and what to see, even showed us the best dinner spots, can't beat that kind of personal touch. The breakfast was massive and delicious, like they understood the importance of fueling up before a day out, that's what matters.
It wasn't cheap but honestly for what we got, it was still reasonable.

Amiable staff and stunning location so close to everything, everything was perfect. We had a private bathroom. The breakfast was savoury, had plenty of food like milk and biscuits. Location: the hotel was adjacent to all shops and sea front x, certain areas, the seafront. It was at a short distance from Scoffs, serving fast food.

The location near the beach was perfect. Rooms were clean and well-kept. I appreciated the lovely garden furniture outside. There were serious issues with hot water in the shower. After running the tap as suggested, I still only got lukewarm water, quite frustrating. Parking was also a hassle. The space was very cramped. Despite these inconveniences, the overall atmosphere felt cute. The hotel could greatly benefit from better maintenance and service improvements. Housekeeping was lacking, as basic toiletries weren't replenished. These improvements could enhance future stays.

Amazing Paignton vibes 🌊
Ja, no, the brekkie was next level! Freshly cooked and filling, set us up for beach vibes. The owners are just the best, treated us like family, even had a little surprise for my birthday. Room was lekker with a fine sea view, perfect for chilling after a day out!
The parking was a bit of a mission at times, had to shuffle the bakkie around a bit. But overall, such a great stay!

The location is amazin, right by the beach, super handy for us. The owners naz and jaz were really friendly. Our room was comfy with a great sea view, and the breakfasts were some of the best i've had! The shower was really good if u just ran it a bit longer. Parking was easy too, with spaces both out front and back.
i think the towels could be a bit fluffier, and maybe add decaf coffee to the room.

The location near the beach was perfect for relaxation.
I faced several challenges . The heating system was not user-friendly, and I had to ask multiple times for essentials like tea, sugar, and milk. The experience with the owner answering the door in boxer shorts was quite uncomfortable, leaving a less than professional impression.
